Real have just released a beta version of their new RealPlayer 11, and this has an integrated Download and Recording Manager. What it does is this, when you are on YouTube or wherever, when you start playing the video, a blue tab appears just above the video, and when it is clicked on, the Download And Recording Manager window pops up, and starts recording the video.
It also works with many of the more popular video websites.
