How do you download utube and google videos on to an ipod?

downloaded files will be .flv files. Convert them to avi, then convert to .m4p files.

But its a pain in the *** to do it.

How do you download utube and google videos on to an ipod?
Wrong wrong and wrong.

Go here:

http://www.zamzar.com/url

Then copy/paste the URL of the video into the box and press Convert to mp4. Then type in your email. They'll send you an email a few min later. Just click on the link and press Download.

Then press Save and save it to somewhere where you'll be able to find it again. When it's done downloading, open iTunes and go to File %26gt; Add File to Library, and find it.

It should put it under the Movies section.

Good luck!
Reply:I agree, its a big pain in the bottom.

First of all: go to a site like this: http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php - add the address of the video and it should download the flv file for you.

Second of all, download some converter software:

My personal recommendation is SUPER. Its free and found at http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html.

Read the tutorials up, cause this is very hard software to get used to.

If you finally work out how to use it, click the very first drop down box and select .3gp (for the output) and then drag and drop the file to convert into the gray box at the bottom.

Select 'convert now'. Depending on the file size it may take a while.

You will then find the converted file in the c:/program files/super or whatever it is.

Hope that works out for you
