I don't know if they blocked me or what, if they did, why did Utube let me write the comment?

It's possible that it's just a system malfunction, or that the site is currently undergoing some maintenance.
If you still can't post there, or anywhere else, contact the webmaster or technical support there to ask for help. I doubt you'd be blocked without knowing it.
