The US Army and Fundamentalist Christian Missionaries working together to convert Iraqi Muslims to Christianity.

The video is well done.

.

What do you think about this Utube video that shows the Christian Missionary Crusaders at work in Iraq ??
That's just sick.
Reply:This video is totally biased.. It reflects a general ignorance of the Baptist faith and of our political system.

1. The refers to a Baptist service as a Mass. Catholics attend and hold Mass. Baptists have Church Services, not masses.

2. The tape says that George Bush want to be President again. The 22nd ammendment limits the President to 2 terms in office. George Bush is in his 2nd term and cant run again and he is not, nor is he pulling a Chavez or Mushareff and trying to change the law so he can run again.

3. The tape continually states that there are 16 million Southern Baptists in the USA. Though not insignificant, they represent 5.3% of the US population. The voting block that are integran to getting Bush elected are the Evangelical Christians a group consisting of many denominations, including the Southern Baptist that, in total represent an estimated 26% of the US population. Most people in the USA are now agains the war.

4. The tape has a man saying that the missionaries appear as normal tourists. I am sorry when did Iraq become a tourist sight, especially for citizens of the USA? Though I do not doubt, given this administrations alliance to the Evangelical community, there are Evangelical Missionaries in Iraq, noone in the USA is going to Iraq for a vacation.

5. The White House distanced themselves from General Boykins comments. President George Bush distanced said Boykin's comments do not "reflect my point of view or the point of view of this administration." Donald Rumsfield, who later resigned from office, defended him. Boykin himself requested an investigation by the inspector general into the allegations. [25] A ten month investigation carried out by the Defense Department later concluded in August 2004 that Boykin had broken at least three rules in giving the speeches: not clarifying that he gave the remarks in a private capacity; he hadn't received clearance for making the remarks; and that he hadn't declared the reimbursement of travel funds by one of the religious groups hosting the speaking events. However, the report made no comment on the actual remarks made, and little action was taken against Boykin. [26] The report defended the decision not to comment on Boykin's actual comments for several reasons, primarily because "freedom of expression considerations under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution apply in this case." [27] Finally Boykin retired from the military in August 2007 so he is not hunting for Bin Laden.

The video is extremely biased and reflects the interests of people's more interested in making a point.
Reply:the video is put out by a hate group......

hate....hate...hate....that is all some people are capable of....

christians are decent...leave them alone
Reply:it's despicable. it's hateful and vile.

fundamentalists will destroy america by making us enemies of the rest of the world.

my jaw dropped open when that bigot said it is better to convert an iraqi and let him be killed by muslims than not to convert him at all. he should be grateful because his soul has been saved. this is the mentality that put jews, queers, gypsies, the disabled, and others in concentration camps in nazi germany.

they are so insensitive to their victims that one of them referred to them as 'iraqians'. they are monsters.

edit: hexa [which is a variant of 'witch' in german], the newscast was from germany. a more level-headed people i cannot think of. they paid the cost of the kind of nightmare your kind are bringing to america.
Reply:I am a Christian, and personally think that it's great that we are reaching out to save souls. It made my heart glad to see the new churcH! I think all Christians should be bold enough to go where you are not wanted for the name of Christ
Reply:Further proof that religion is a blight onto society.
Reply:My tax dollars are paying for this sh**?

I knew the Army was involved in unconstitutional acts, but now they go too far.

Crap like this is why my atheist nephew Army Sgt. retired early instead of being a lifer. He's been out for years now and still gets a call every week, begging him to re-enlist. His answer is "As soon as you get rid of all of the chaplains".

As if the Air Force Academy scandals weren't enough.

Christians are decent? Then why, during basic training, was my nephew given the choice of attending chapel or pulling weeds in 100 degree heat?

Yeah, Christians are so decent, especially when they are officers who hold power over you.
Reply:Several points in the video were incorrect. A "martyr" is not someone who died in a religious war - that is an Islamic meaning of the word.

A Christian martyr is one who suffered and died under torture for their faith.

And, where the subtitles said, " Christians should always be in a war," if you listen closely, the man was actually saying,"Christians should always be INTERWOVEN..." then the sound is cut off from the narrator.

Also -- Tom White didn't say he dyed his hair - that was the German Nazi announcer -- White said they go in as tourists. That is a big difference.

This is propaganda against Christians. Interesting that they keep calling it a Christian "war," when the only weapons being used are humanitarian aid and Bibles.

Not to mention - Christian missionaries were in Iraq BEFORE the war.
Reply:All I can say is Praise God!

I hopethe word of God speads through the middle east till all become saved by the blood of Jesus
Reply:In my opinion the Christians singing and waving their hands in the air in that video looked more brainwashed then when Christians say all Muslims are "brainwashed satanists."

Before all you people start saying this video is a lie, you should re-evaluate where you get your facts from, cause they all look like you got them from CNN/Fox news, and don't even try to tell me that stuff is true.
Reply:Just watched 60 minutes last Sunday, the radical Muslims are bombing Churches and Iraqi Christians are running for their lives, Christians have been their for thousands of years, and the Iraqi Christian's said this is the worst it has every been, one community was left a note by the radical Muslims, if you come back to this church you and your families will die. Most have left the country out of fear. Most church services are held underground, your UTube video is a lie, the news media over their is worse then ours. They are very secular.

P.S. at least they don't cut off peoples heads because they don't convert or slaughter their families, like the radical Muslims do.
